This project is a two-story Victorian addition. We're trying to maintain this story-and-a-half's charm, but also trying to give maximum room and comfort to its owners - we think we're well on our way to doing so......Construction is slated for Spring 2012.

Rocky Views, LLC Residence
San Mateo, CA
For Rocky Views, we are laying out a 1,400 square-foot, single-story, craftsman style custom residence on a very oddly-shaped, small lot. We got it all in there. Construction is slated for Fall 2011.

Niblick Lane ~ Sterling Design Build
Littleton, CO
This one for Sterling is a 6,000 sq. ft. + complete residential interior renovation project. Minor Details has been tasked with an entire rework of this home's interior, taking it from 1978 into the 21st Century - this means that walls are coming down. We're also adding in some exterior embellishments indicative of Colorado - stone, timber, standing seam metal roof at a new covered entry porch - this house will do a complete 180. Construction is slated for Winter 2012.
